Appearance: In terms of facial features, Hajiro has a shoulder length pitch black hair, red eyes, a light-set round jaw, and an absence of facial hair. Hal is quite the giant, being of the whopping height of 7' 5'' and rounded with lean shoulders. He wears his Captain's Haori over his Shinigami robe with grizzled edges where the sleeves should've been.
To be more specific and accurate, he is basically a handsome and good-looking figure if not overly intimidating, the lack of muscle extension on his facial features has left a lack of crow's feet, smile lines and the nasal node on his face, giving his face a rather clear and perfect skin. His eyes, crimson. Due to spiritual pressure he has, it glimmers red, giving a quite an unnerving appearance to befit his power.
In terms of physical appearance, he weighs 251 ilbs, his build is quite muscular yet slim, his chest graced with 6 packs due to the fact participating in battles is an exercise, thus making him the envy of all muscle builders. His strength allowing him to pull off feats that many would consider impossible.

Personality: The most notable thing about Hajiro is that he’s always got a malicious feature on his face. Although this may not indicate that he is particularly bloodthirsty, it’s hard to shake it from his face. Having grown up under different rules than the rest of society, Hajiro has a habit of being inappropriate at times. It would be understandable if this was accidental, but it’s not. He would blatantly voice out his opinions simply out of spite, were it to serve his purpose in annoying others. Although not necessarily the dark and anti-heroic type, Hajiro often likes to hold a deep and philosophical conversation, sometimes teasing those conversing with him. It amuses him to see people blush or react over things he used to find commonplace. Overall, Hajiro hates life in general and is typically rather smirking grimly regardless of the situation. It’s hard to depress him, and hope is something he always wipes out from others, but he has moments of happiness. There are times that he reminisces about his past and that has a tendency to bring his mood up, but never takes the expressionless features away from his face.

Coming from such a different life style, Hajiro hasn't grown accustomed to acting quite formally. His entire persona is centered around unnerving others due to his draconian attitude. Hajiro's comfort zone still occasionally lies in dominance, and if unable to reconcile another action, he forces his dominating role into the person.

It would be that Hojiro isn't colorless most of the time, he actually does have a sense of humor, but would rather not show it. It's just one of those things that are a rarity when conversing with this carbon based lifeform. He personifies the Kenpachi stereotype in a lot of ways really, he is malicious, bloodthirsty and rather brash, and he has a talent most people would have never thought he can do; precise assessment. Ironically enough, he isn't the Captain of 11th Division despite his attitude that fits the description.

Overall, Hajiro is pretty much a cold yet somewhat colorful persona that many would liken themselves to feel obligated to at least get to know the fellow, even enemies, although not in a rather friendly way. He is mostly reserved, but it doesn't apply as of all the time. After all, he is still human in nature with a personality quite similar to schizophrenia, but rather than switching out of control, he actually has a choice to change it on a whim.
