when you have reached the point count to reach the next level (see the post in the general training area), you need to post a training thread in the general training area, this thread must be 600 words long.
When you have done that post here with the rank your going for (if your 15th-20th seat, your going for 14th) and a link to your training post here where an admin/mod will approve it and move you up.
