Appearance: He stands at about 6'11", and weighs in at about 450lbs(muscle). He has flame-like hair, always spiked, and blood-red Eyes. He has dark circles under his eyes, and the Kanji for "Slaughter" on his left cheek, and his religious symbol, a 7-point star inside a circle, on his left arm. he has several scars and markings under his robes, and special bandages, that make him appear as a mummy, to hide his Reatsu. (Much like Kenpachi's Eyepatch)

Personality: He has a dinstinct sadistic and insane personality, and has come to trust no-one, except for his Alternate Personas. He prefers to toy with his opponents, inflicting painful wounds on them, occaisonally severing a limb. He cannot think very well in combat, usually because of the insanity kicking in. He has a rather distinct inner-hollow-like voice in combat, cackling excessively, taunting, even talking to himself. (He is really conversing with his alternate personas, sealed inside the symbol on his left arm, on where to strike next.) He doesn't enjoy talking, he usually stays out of squad meetings and such. His motto: "Go ahead and surrender, but I'll still kill you."
Now for a brief review of his alternate personas:
Chaos; Essentially a violent and merciless persona, he is used only in combat. His motto: "Guns don't kill people, I kill people."
Amity; The peacekeeper, preferring to talk things out, essentially a pacifist. But if combat is needed, he won't hold back at all. His motto: "Don't start a fight you can't win."

History: A Long, Long Time ago, In A Galaxy Across The Street:
1700 Years ago, A young Atsuma Hikogai was trained in the art of swordplay. By age 6 he was already wielding a full-on Katana, and by age 14 wielding much larger swords, such as Claymores. But one fateful day, on his way home from school, he saw the Police headed towards his house, and rushed home. When he arrived, he saw white chalk markings on the floor throughout the house, and was told his entire family was killed. He went into an emotionless state for quite awhile, not speaking with anyone, not even his closest friends. He remained locked up inside the house for the next two years.... Until they returned. Momoko Hikai, a ruthless gang of Japanese murderers, said to be providing a place for Hirutsu-sama to return to, to rise from his confinements, deep within this earth. He joined them, feeling if he could earn their trust, he could slaughter them easier, knowing the techniques they use.He arrived at the headquarters, and recieved a symbol, which he had tattooed on his left arm, and another tattoo of the word "Slaughter" in kanji on his right cheek. He served the order for a year, until an assassination mission went wrong, he ended up getting shot in the leg, he charged at the guard and hacked him to pieces with a katana, then several other guards came and started shooting, he killed 7, and injured the rest, before ultimately dying from 17 bullet wounds throughout his body. He graduated from the Shinigami academy only 2 years after he reached the seretei, becoming very proficient in both Kido, although he prefers not to use it, and Swordplay, later to join squad 11.
